The features and services sections are basically identical patterns just with a different name. You can use the features sections for displaying the features of your product or service. And you can use the services sections for displaying services that you offer.
By default each comes with two across and three across grids. And there are patterns with a photo on the left and a grid of features/services on the right. And they come with base and contrast backgrounds.
You can also use the feature patterns in the elements category to create your own features or services sections as well.
